What to know before you Rent

  • When you choose a unit we will verify information provided on the application
  • AND do our best to process your application while you wait
  • Please fill out all reference names, addresses, and phone numbers. It is helpful if you ensure the contact names and phone numbers of your rental references and employment are correct and they are expecting a call from us
  • Please ensure that your application is complete and SIGNED
  • A credit check and employment verification are completed on all applications
  • You must have "GOOD" rental history OR have owned a home
  • All units are non smoking
  • One Pet allowed in some units upon approval-Note: Must be under 24" tall (measured from top of head to bottom of foot).

    IF APPLICATION IS APPROVED:
  • First month's rent must be paid at the time of signing the lease
  • The security deposit may be post dated at least 5 days prior to possession date (separate cheque from rent cheque)
  • Rent must be paid by automatic debit (please bring in a void cheque/bank auto debit form at the time of signing the lease)
  • Keys are released on possession date upon completion of 'Unit Condition Report'
