What to know before you Rent

• You must see a unit before you apply
• A credit check and employment verification are completed on all applications
• You must have "GOOD" rental history ( please bring reference names, addresses, and phone numbers with you)
• OR have owned a home
• First month's rent must be paid at the time of signing the lease
• The security deposit may be post dated 5 days prior to possession date ( seperate cheque from rent cheque)
• Rent to be paid by automatic debit ( please bring in a void cheque)
• Keys released on possession date and when the Unit Condition Report (In Report) is completed
• All units are non smoking
• One small pet is allowed in some units
